Care Guide
All our garments are made using our Signature Fabric. This contains Zinc Oxide and is naturally antibacterial.
Following our aftercare information will help preserve your garment and its performance for longer.
A NOTE ON DETERGENT

GOOD TO KNOW
Top tip
Ironing is optional, but can help restore a softer, smoother handle to the fabric, particularly in hard-water areas. This can be useful where a softer feel against the skin is preferred.
External labels
Branding and care labels sit externally on our garments, except the Mittens. Do not iron directly over these labels.
After washing
Allow to air dry naturally.
WHAT ABOUT HOTTER WASHES?
Some eczema-care routines use higher washing temperatures. Suppla recommends washing at 30°C to help preserve the fabric and garment for longer.
Our recommended care temperature of 30°C also uses less energy in everyday washing and helps reduce the environmental impact of garment care. Higher temperatures fall outside our recommended care instructions and may affect the garment over time.
Sleep Mask
Care guidance for our padded Sleep Mask and its elasticated self-fabric band.
Machine wash at 30°C
Iron on a medium heat
Do not bleach
Hang dry
Do not tumble dry
GOOD TO KNOW
Before wearing
Remove makeup before wearing and, where possible, allow skincare products around 30 minutes to absorb before bed.
Top tip
Ironing helps maintain the fabric’s smooth handle and the Sleep Mask’s padded structure. Iron inside out to avoid the external branding label.
